Really lovely friendly staff who go above and beyond to help you both on the phone, email and instore. My appointment was on time and the optician was friendly and chatty which put my anxious mind at ease. I found Belsons to be a very calm and pleasant atmosphere, which is completely different to the usual busy chaotic experience at a well known chain.
