HYCOSAN Shield® is a lubrication eye drops for stabilization of the tear film, and relief of dry eye symptoms.

 

How to use

1. Remove the cap & tamper-proof ring

2. Hold the bottle upright and gently squeeze

3. Turn the bottle upside down and then release. Air is drawn through the liquid into the bottle.

4. Gently pull down your eyelid and lightly squeeze the bottle to release one drop into each eye.

Shipping and Handling

For regular items, once made, it will take approximately 3 hours for shipment from our warehouse. We use this period for order verification, tailoring, quality checking and packaging. You will be sent an automatic email with a tracking number which you track on third party tracking platform's. Or, send us a message via our online chat and we'll get back to you with the status of your order (we usually reply within 12 hours). 

Please note that prescription glasses take 5-7 business days to make prior to us sending them out. 

Changes To Your Order:

You have 3-hours to make a change to your order, this is because within those 6 hours, your glasses are processed and shipped. Once this has taken place we cannot make changes to your order as it has left our shipment warehouse. This includes type of glasses, colour & shipping address. 

If you would like to make a change after this period, it will cost you £6 (per order) to cover the cost of redirecting your package to a new destination. We are very transparent about this on our confirmation emails. 


Failed Delivery
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to us at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded. 
Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered

Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.
