How It Works:

  2. Send us your glasses – We provide step-by-step instructions for safely mailing your frames.

  3. Expert lens fitting – Our technicians carefully fit your new lenses.

  4. Receive your updated glasses – We send them back, ready to wear!

Shipping and Handling

For regular items, once made, it will take approximately 3 hours for shipment from our warehouse. We use this period for order verification, tailoring, quality checking and packaging. You will be sent an automatic email with a tracking number which you track on third party tracking platform's. Or, send us a message via our online chat and we'll get back to you with the status of your order (we usually reply within 12 hours). 

Please note that prescription glasses take 5-7 business days to make prior to us sending them out. 

Changes To Your Order:

You have 3-hours to make a change to your order, this is because within those 6 hours, your glasses are processed and shipped. Once this has taken place we cannot make changes to your order as it has left our shipment warehouse. This includes type of glasses, colour & shipping address. 

If you would like to make a change after this period, it will cost you £6 (per order) to cover the cost of redirecting your package to a new destination. We are very transparent about this on our confirmation emails. 
Failed Delivery
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to us at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded. 
Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered

Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.

The eye examination I had was excellent . everything was explained from start to finish ,would definitely go back and also recommend

Really nice reception staff etc.but I won't be going back as I found the optician very rude. I was asked where I got my glasses which I said online and was then told it was people like me putting opticians out of business and that I should be buying the glasses there ! He proceeded to say that sight tests give nothing to the optician ....£45 later ( which I think is expensive for an average eye test) I was walking out knowing that they have just lost another customer! Maybe it's his personality that is losing customers not the lack of glasses being sold!
